Mary is a curator and cultivator of connection through cooking. She has a deep rooted love for the outdoors and the connection that comes from home grown and home cooked meals with friends and family.
Mary is incredibly inspiring and her gluten free sour dough recipes became quite notable during the pandemic homemade bread boom. Her cookbook "Gluten Free Sourdough Baking" was released in early 2022 and we are so excited for this 'chapter' of Mary's!
A goal of ours at Coulee is to provide value added content including a range of different food options for "Cooking with Coulee". We are inspired by Mary's passion for gluten free recipes over her CouleeYard™ 24 Sear Lip Edition.
